Time‘s Jeremy Caplan writes that the “iPhone’s next frontier” is – OMG! – porn.

Caplan tries pretty hard to get us excited about the “coming pornucopia”, but we’re not convinced:
“The new iPhone may eventually propel mobile porn deeper into the sphere of interactivity.”
This guy seriously needs to get out more, don’t you think?
We remember the last round of porn predictions that pundits purveyed – the threat of a podcast porn explosion. Just three years ago, tech fearmongers were fixated on the threat of iPod porn and “porncasts”.
We survived the pornapocalyptic threat of the iPod, though, and even the porncast threat.
Somehow, we’ll survive the blow-hard threat of iPhone porn, too.
