Podshow Stages Un-Expo
Sep 30th, 2006 | By James Lewin | Category: Audio Podcasting, Corporate Podcasts, Podcasting EventsPodshow, the podcasting network co-founded by former MTV VJ Adam Curry, shown right with cross-dressing lesbian podcaster Madge Weinstein, is holding a podcasting Un-Expo in Ontario, California, at the same time as the Podcasting and Portable Media Expo.
The company’s Talent and Marketing team is spending two days holding an Undition, for podcasters interested in possible PodShow programming consideration.
According to Podshow, “we are asking passionate and interested podcasters to take the time to complete the below form, and email jointheshow@podshow.com, so that we can evaluate and set up some time to meet on Friday and/or Saturday.”
So, did anyone do the not-expo-podshow-thingy?
How did it go?
There were so many extracurricular things going on during the days of the Portable Media Expo (parties and barbecques and stuff), I’m not sure I understand the need to call this particular event an UnExpo, like it’s a whole separate event, separate from the PME.
Maybe one of the participants can explain it to me.
